Sausage and Black-Eyed Pea Stew

In a large saucepan, saute sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain, if needed.

Stir in peas, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth and seasonings.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Stir in corn and cook for 5 minutes longer or until heated through.
